Not recommended for beginners who do not have a basic knowledge of yoga postures.

yin deep stretch

This is a slow, meditative practice, which is a challenge in itself, to become more comfortable in moments of stillness. Poses are held for several minutes at a time to enhance natural range of motion in joints. Uniquely so, yin yoga promotes relaxation of the muscles to release deep layers of connective tissue and fascia. Great for all levels, especially for those looking for longer held poses and to acquire flexibility.

yinyasa

An all levels class with a combination of Vinyasa and Yin. The Vinyasa flow part of class will build heat and strength, while the yin is passive and allows you to get into deeper stretches with longer holds.  Yinyasa is designed to bring you back to your natural state of well-being.
