Functional Movement Pop Up Class

This class will be a simple, but intricate review of the joints in the upper body, and looking at our own true mobility using principles of Functional Range Conditioning.

We will identify the true nature of movement in the shoulder, scapula, wrists and how that presents in our bodies with and without the compensations we may be subconsciously using.
We’ll use that information to then move through a practice that not only promotes self awareness within postures but truly allows for the freedom that comes from an advanced practice.

This class is for both beginners and advanced yogis that would like a fresh perspective on their true mobility and how it translates to their practice.
