As you become familiar with the different ways to practice meditation, you will find the most effective technique to help bring you that deeper experience your inner world has been craving.
Jessica is a 500-hr Registered Yoga Teach. She has 30+ years of meditation training with some of the most renowned teachers of our time. She has studied with masters such as: Pema Chodron, Jack Kornfield, Dr. Herbert Benson, Jon Kabat-Zinn, Manju P. Jois and Dr. Deepak Chopra.
