What is the difference between Workshops & Pop-Ups?

Pop Up Classes

More detailed, with a specific focus - they are special. Pop-up classes are not something you do everyday, and not something you find in aN everyday class.

Designed by the teacher hosting the class, our pop-up classes have a specialized focus beyond your daily practice.

Workshops

With more of a focus on instruction, workshops are tutorials designed to educate on specific topics within your practice. Workshops are typically longer in duration.

Check out our calendar on the home page for the most up to date information on current pop ups and workshops!
