Elevate: Intro to Inversions

When we begin exploring inversions in our yoga practice, there’s a lot that comes into play. These poses ask for strength, mobility, and mindful, precise technique.

In this workshop, you'll focus on stretching and strengthening drills to prepare the body to invert. From fingertips to toes, you'll learn to engage the body properly and safely so you can begin to build the proper alignment for headstand and forearm stand. Allowing you to work smarter and not harder as you embrace the journey to being upside down.

It is recommended you have a minimum of 6 months of consistent yoga practice to attend this workshop.

1.5 hours of CE available for Registered Yoga Teachers.
