THE FOREST RETREAT

Reflect, Reconnect, Realign

The Fo(RE)st Retreat with Tara Blackburn & Amanda Steadman

October 9-12, 2024

Old Fort, North Carolina

Embark on a retreat of reflection, reconnection, and realignment with Amanda Steadman and Tara Blackburn at the Indigo Nature retreat. This rejuvenating retreat takes place as fall sets in, offering the perfect backdrop for a restful break from the regular pace of life. Nestled on 5 acres, the Indigo Nature Retreat is encompassed by over 1,000 acres of untouched forest land in Pisgah National Forest, with Newberry Creek providing a soothing soundscape.

For the best experience, we suggest partaking in this retreat with a friend or partner. We warmly welcome yogis of all levels. Space is limited to 10 so be sure to sign up early to reserve your spot.

Our Forest Retreat package includes 6 yoga classes, 8 nourishing vegetarian meals, 3-nights cabin accommodation, shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) and more. New offerings this year are a refreshing waterfall hike and a soothing sound bath. Plus, plenty of free time to reflect, reconnect, and realign.

Join us at Indigo Nature retreat for a holistic escape, where nature's embrace and rejuvenating experiences await. Take a break from the routines and immerse yourself in the beauty that surrounds us."

β€œThe Forest retreat was everything I needed. A reminder to pause and connect with nature and each other. It was so grounding to be deeply linked to nature. The teachers hold space that allows you to be vulnerable, to cry and laugh together. You are able to really slow things down to ensure you can connect and be your authentic self in the most beautiful setting with the most beautiful people.”
