200 Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training
Our 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training is fully accredited through Yoga Alliance. The program meets over the course of five months, with sessions held on three weekdays and two weekends. In addition to in-person training, you'll complete 20 non-contact hours through self-study, assignments, and practice teaching.

The main purpose of the training is to educate each student to a deeper degree on the practice of vinyasa yoga. By doing this, the student will interact with qualified teachers in their field of expertise to receive well rounded insight on pranayama, yoga sutras, anatomy, and vinyasa sequencing to develop a strong understanding of the practice. The what, the why, and the how. The student will experience self discovery, growth, and a way to experience yoga in a new light.

During this course you will receive an advanced education on the foundations of yoga including anatomy, alignment, adjustments and philosophy. Beyond that, you will also learn skills of communication and leadership. This course is designed to deliver a set a tools that help cultivate a balanced life.
Curriculum & Teachers
Each day will include an asana practice, pranayama and meditation. The rest of the day will be thoughtfully structured to include posture breakdown, anatomy, philosophy, and practice teaching.
The majority of training will be led by Amanda Steadman E-RYT 500 and Amanda Peruzzi E-RYT 500. Guest teachers will bring their unique expertise to the training. Brianna Beard will guide you through postures, mudras, and more; Vincent Burke will lead sessions on yoga philosophy; Ashleigh Whitfield will share her knowledge of anatomy; Tara Blackburn will teach mandala sequencing; and Erin Kolenda will help you activate your authentic voice.
