Through kundalini yoga, we learn that the body is not one but ten. The 10 bodies are the soul body, the three mental bodies, the physical body, the arcline, the auric body, the pranic body, the subtle body, and the radiant body. We are very used to tending to the physical body, but these other 9 “bodies” need our attention too. This kriya will wake up and activate all ten bodies. Keeping these bodies in balance will help keep the universe within you in balance.
