Class Registration
pre-registration for class is RECOMMENDED. TO ACCOMODATE ALL STUDENTS IN A FAIR MANNER, PLEASE NOTE OUR CANCELLATION POLICY below.
TO PRE REGISTER FOR CLASS YOU CAN download the Level Yoga App or THE MINDBODY APP both in the app store.
Level Yoga: Instructions for first time users
- Download the level yoga app in the app store.
- click create account and continue with email, apple, google, or facebook.
- Once account is created, click the top right icon to search Royal Palm or Cardinal studio for classes.
MINDBODY: INSTRUCTIONS FOR FIRST TIME USERS
- Download the “MINDBODY: Fitness, Salon & Spa” app via the app store. If you do not have a compatible smart phone, you can do this by visiting https://mindbodyonline.com.
- Create an account by clicking “CONTINUE WITH EMAIL” on the app, or “SIGN UP” on website.
- Follow the instructions to create an account.
- Once account is created, locate the “Search for Anything” box and enter “Level Yoga.” Be sure the location is set to Vero Beach, FL and has a radius of 20 miles if using the app.
- Click on the Level Yoga Business with address 29 Royal Palm Pointe Suite 2, Vero Beach, FL 32960 (The Pointe) or 3055 Cardinal Drive Suite 106 (Back of Building), Vero Beach, FL 32963 (Cardinal).
- Click “VIEW SCHEDULE” on app and go to desired day and time.
- Click the “BOOK” button next to desired class.
- Click “NEXT.”
- You will enter Credit/Debit Card payment information under payment method section.
- The default pass to come up will be a $20 Drop In. If you would prefer to purchase a different class pass option, click on the arrow icon to the right of “Drop In” and scroll through the drop-down menu to select desired pass.
- Once selection is made, click “BOOK AND BUY” button.
- You will automatically be brought to a confirmation page.
- You will receive an email confirmation of your receipt.
- Once you are paid and registered for class, when you visit the class schedule, there will be a “BOOKED” box next to the class you are registered for.
Cancellation policy and fees
we recognize that life happens and understand when adjustments need to be made to your schedule. To ensure that we are adhering to the values of yoga and to honor the valuable time of each student, the window of time for cancellations is 4 hours before a class is to begin.
If you have pre registered for class with a Drop In, Class Pass, or Unlimited Membership:
Unlimited pass members with a one-week, one-month, three month, one-year, or monthly autopay must cancel within 4 hours before their scheduled class starts or will incur a fee of $10.
Holders of a drop in, 5, 10, 20 class pass, 16 sharable pass, or weekly warrior pass will incur the deduction of a class from that pass if a late cancellation is made. Lastly, intro offer members will receive one reminder before a late fee is applied.
