When we consider taking our yoga practice upside down, there is a lot to consider. Inversions require strength, flexibility, & precise technique. In this workshop, you'll focus on stretching and strengthening drills to prepare the body to invert. From fingertips to toes, you'll learn to engage the body properly and safely so you can begin to build the proper alignment for headstand and forearm stand. Allowing you to work smarter and not harder as you embrace the journey to being upside down.

It is recommended you have a minimum of 6 months of consistent yoga practice to attend this workshop.
