Join us for a Lunar New Year celebration led by Laura Kelley, a graduate of Level Yoga's 200-hour teacher training & mentorship program. In this all-level flow, inspired by the fluidity of water, participants are encouraged to embrace a beginner's mindset and explore the depths within. Connect with the inner rhythm of breath and movement as we welcome the Lunar New Year together. All proceeds from this event will benefit Boot Campaign. 

*This class will be held outdoors on the second floor of the Atrium Building (3055 Cardinal Drive). Weather permitting. Students must bring their own mat. No props will be available to use; a beach towel is suggested to provide extra cushioning between mat and the cement floor.*
