Join us this summer for our first annual summer series, outdoor yoga class. The class will be taught at Troy Moody Park each Sunday at 5pm. This will be a gentle flow all level class and accessible to all. Rotating instructors from our yoga teacher training program will head up the series and donations will go to the Humane Society of Vero Beach. Check out our Facebook and Instagram page to see who will be teaching each week. Bring a mat, towel and any props you prefer to use as they will not be provided.
